I see so many great ideas on different blogs. When I see them I add them to my list of things to try. As 2009 comes to an end, I want to dedicate a few posts to some of the activities I haven't had a chance to get to yet (but wish I did!).

Winter Sensory Tub on My Bilingual Boys (pictured above) - How fun is this?! What a great opportunity for pretend play!

Holiday Decoration Puzzle on 5 Silly Frogs - This is a Halloween example but could easily be applied to ANY holiday decoration. (scroll down a little bit to the skeleton activity)

Snowman Letter Search (printable from Prekinders) on Shafer Family Blog - What a fun way to review letters!

    I tried a cotton ball/Christmas sensory tub with my two year old earlier this month! I thought it was adorable too. He just started balancing the objects around the rim of the glass - wasn't very into the cotton balls. Still, it was cute and something different.
