Day 3 of the Activity Advent Calendar - Make a Candy Cane OrnamentI got this kit at Hobby Lobby for $1 but if you already have pipe cleaners and red and white beads then you are ready to make a candy cane ornament.
This was a great activity to work with patterns and stringing the beads is also great for motor skill development. Sharing (for B) and patience (for me) were also on the list for today as we had a battle over sharing the beads.
As I type this, B is bending the candy canes to make letters......maybe we will make some more tomorrow in letter shapes to spell something.
