I got this mini ice cube tray from the grocery store and saved a dropper from an empty medicine bottle for this mini water transfer activity. B had fun transferring water from a bowl and filling up each of the sections.
I drew small circles on wax paper with a Sharpie for this water transfer activity. I challenged B to squeeze one drop of blue water in each circle. This is so cool because the drop stays right in the circle. As a matter of fact, B was more interested in experimenting with that. He had a hard time just dropping one drop in the circles so he made puddles off to the side and experimented with how it stayed in its spot like a puddle. Then he asked for a different color of water and experimented with mixing colors. Thank you Adventures with Bear for the inspiration for this activity!
