Write a number on the bottom of one top and the number word with dots on the other using a sharpie. Float your tops and play memory.
This floating memory game was a lot harder than I thought it would be. It got B's attention because he loves anything with water and he thought it was cool that the caps floated, but I didn't consider how challenging it would be to find the match when they are constantly moving around in the water. So for younger children, I'd recommend flipping them over so you can see what is on the top and flip them over for older children.
You could make this memory game for anything you are working on: letters, names, words, adding, subtracting, etc.
