I've been on the hunt for new, easy songs and rhymes to learn and sing with Baby N. I've been singing the same songs over and over, which is good for her but to be honest I'm bored. So here is a cute rhyme that I'm going to add to the list.
Here is the beehive. (make a fist)
Where are the bees?
Hidden inside where nobody sees!
Here come the bees
Right out of the hive…
One, two, three, four, five! (open up your hand one finger at a time)
Very cute!
ReplyDeleteI love it! I often feel like I do the same songs as well! Here are the ones that I often do-
ReplyDeleteHead Shoulders Knees and Toes
If your Happy and You know it
Little Bunny Foo Foo
5 Little Monkeys
I love you, you love me.. (Barney)
patty cake
Itsy Bitsy
Thanks for the new one! So glad to have you as a resource- Nicole. It's wonderful having other moms to swap ideas with for our babies.
That is one of my favorites!!
ReplyDeleteI have some new cds coming out with really cute songs on them - I would be happy to send you a copy:)
Jen,
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about you! Your ideas and blog are fabulous!
Deborah,
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to hear it! =)
I love this rhyme as well. Its been a while since I have shared it with my daughter though. I had made a rhyming glove that had bees on it and I used it with her.
ReplyDeleteThank you for this! I was just looking for songs and fingerplays to add to our circle time this year! :)
