    I am NOT opting out. Google Friend Connect is getting phased out by google - first on blogs that are not hosted at blogspot.com (mine is)and eventually I think the rest will follow in an effort to get more people to use G+. My goal with inviting people to subscribe in a different way is just to make sure I don't lose my readers during the switch.
