Thumbs up for Rhymes

If you are in the car, restaurant, or in a waiting room this is a fun game to play that is great for rhyming, listening skills, and phonemic awareness.

Say two words that rhyme or that don't rhyme. 

Examples:

cat sat

tree car

Have your child give you a thumbs up if they rhyme, thumbs down if they don't. 

B likes to play this, but he likes to be the one giving the words. Either way works.
