*Use a thick paper plate or 2 thinner paper plates. Decorate the plates with stickers, letters, markers, etc.
*Cut 3 slits on the top and bottom of the paper plate.
*Put a rubberband in each slot.
*Attach a paper towel tube to the back of the paper plates with glue, staples, or tape. You may want to try using something sturdier like a paint stick.
