Learning Numbers

learning numbers

I've been working with N (3 years old) on identifying numbers. She had fun with this number stamping activity so I wanted to share it.

Print the 0-5 or 5-10 number mat (below). Write the numbers at the bottom of the page in the blank area and put a dot of color under each number so your child will know what color you want her to stamp each number. For example, the zeros were purple, twos were blue, etc.

Don't have dot markers? No problem! Instead of putting a dot of color under each number you could use stickers (a certain character or shape goes on all of the fives etc.), bingo chips, colored cereal, or colored blocks. You can even use markers or crayons to color over the numbers.
