Walk a Dog

B and his friend C have the best time "walking their dogs". They put leashes (or strings) on their stuffed animals and take them to the park, feed them, teach them things, etc. I realize in the picture it looks a little disturbing but it really is so much fun and has provided hours of pretend play. Give it a try!

  3. My oldest plays vet with his animals. He makes them little beds and food centers, writes presciptions, asks for assistance in setting broken bones. It's amazing how much it entertains him.

  6. Hee hee, we have the same little dog. And if they thought to do it, I'm sure our dog would be walked like that.

  7. My 5 year old does the same thing. She asked me to wrap a scarf around one of her stuffed animals this week and was walking it. Great for creative play!
