LCR Dice Game

Have you every played this game? Typically, Left Center Right it is an adult game. Sometimes it is played with quarters instead of chips (which is how I prefer to play). On Funny Days with Mommy and Maddie, they were playing it as a way to practice left and right. Brilliant! Although I've played with older children, I'd never thought about bringing it out for B to try. One night after dinner we had a family game of LCR. Fun! I just wanted to pass on this creative and fun way to practice right and left.

  3. Also, if you don't already know, a quick check for Left vs Right can be done with one's pointer finger and thumb. The Left hand will form an L, where the Right hand will not (the L will be backward). My daughter (and I) learned this in occupational therapy.
