This letter rock idea from Small Types is an awesome way to play with letters outside this summer! All you need is rocks, permanent ink, and letters stamps.
What can you do with these rocks?
Hunt for letters
Toss letters into a bucket
Make words
Spell your name
Draw letters with sidewalk chalk and match the rocks
Transfer rocks from bucket to bucket with a shovel or spoon
