Leapfrog Letter Factory Flashcards (printable)

It's no secret that Letter Factory is my hero! I couldn't believe how fast B learned his letters and letter sounds from watching that video. Then I swooped in with other activities to reinforce them.

Running with Scissors has these free, printable Leapfrog Letter Factory flashcards. LOVE them! I'm so impressed that she drew them by hand and they look exactly like the letters in the movie. Head over and print out a set for yourself.

What could you do with these cards?
Print 2 and match them
Put them in alphabetical order
While you are watching the show, find the flashcard of the letter they are visiting
Find the letters of your name
Turn them over in a pile. Pick one, identify the letter/sound and keep it if correct
Let your child play and explore with them independently

  2. I'll have to get this video for Little Man. It's sounds great and the cards would be awesome to reinforce concepts in the video. Thanks for sharing.

  5. I am sure that it was from this blog post that I read well before I was blogging myself, that first got us onto the letter factory! Poor teacher mummy didn't even get to teach her own daughter the letters as the show did it for us! haha. We have a copy of these cards (must have got them via your link) and they are just great! I never commented back then, but I will now. Thanks! :)
