We had a few minutes the other day and I decided to try this logic puzzle with B. I cut a rectangle out of paper, divided it into 4 triangles, and then cut it apart.
I asked him to try to put the triangles back together to make a rectangle. It was a frustrating experience for him because he couldn't figure it out.
So I started the puzzle and had him finish it with the last piece. Next time I try something like this, I will trace the pieces onto a larger piece of paper so he can use the visual clue if needed. .
Do you have any other quick logic puzzles that you've tried with your kids? Leave a link in the comments. I'd love to give them a try.
I'll have to try this. I'll make sure to follow your tip. Thanks.
