N is having so much fun playing with her Pet Shop Travel Play Set I knew I had to make something similar for B. He already had a metal pencil case he wasn't using so I turned that into his own Travel Lego Play Set.
I put magnets on the back of 2 square Lego plates and 1 black rectangle Lego plate. The balls you see on the right sight of the play set are magnets that I already had and I tied loops on the end of pieces of yarn. I was thinking he could use the loops and magnets in a creative way. The rest consists of Lego pieces that B picked out to go in the travel set. He picked 3 people and some random bricks to build with.
I love it because he can carry the case into a restaurant or an appointment and play with it while he is waiting and easily put it away when it is time to go. He mentioned that he is going to change the pieces every week so there will always be something new to create with.
