Smurfs Craft

It is Smurf Mania at our house right now! 

Not only have we dressed up our Smurfs in thrifty outfits, now we are crafting our own mushroom houses for our Smurf characters. 

Thrifty Tip: Did you know you can buy JUST the toy at McDonalds (which is where we collected most of our Smurfs) for under $2 each?! 

How to Make a Smurf House:

• Decorate a toilet paper tube with a door, windows, sticker flowers, etc. 
• Put a cupcake liner on top of the tube. We turned our Christmas themed liners inside out. 
• Tada! The perfect size mushroom house for your Smurf characters! 
• The only drawback to this craft is that the Smurfs can't fit inside the toilet paper tubes. However, hours of pretend play have happened here regardless of that minor size issue.
